The word “Epoch” encompasses a multitude of meanings. Personally, it evokes a sense of belonging to a specific era, such as ancient Egypt, Greece, or Rome, among others. When Rowena describes Epoch’s session, I can sense the essence of each historical period. It’s as if Rowena is tapping into the energy and spirit of that particular era, and I can feel it too.

Despite the vast amount of information associated with Epoch, Rowena has a remarkable ability to simplify it, making it easier for me to comprehend and absorb. Dear Rowena ,thank you for introducing me to this fascinating part of the universe and broadening my horizons. Thank you.

I am a doctor by profession and all my life so far I have dedicated thinking we know a lot about human body and life . However when rowena introduced us to epochs it was an eye opener . We know so little about how and when we evolved and most importantly how the pedagogy can be explained in relation to evolution. Although it is a very very heavy topic and takes a lot to understand rowena has simplified it beautifully and talks about each detail. It has changed my perspective in a lot of ways and I highly recommend it

Rowena as a person is meticulous, detailed, committed and honest in her every approach. She brings the same qualities and many more into breaking down an otherwise extremely heavy topic into easily understandable bits.
And she doesn’t give up on you, she will hand hold you till it is as clear as it can be in one’s head.
The epochs are a beautiful series to deepen ones understanding of Steiner’s anthroposophical take and ideology about how the current world, human being and human consciousness evolved and for where the human being/ consciousness is headed. She interlinks and intertwines the development of the human child with each epoch thereby helping one understand what the child is experiencing at every stage. It is never easy to understand Steiners reading at one go. Rowena has put a lot of her time and effort in understanding and continues to do so. What is beautiful is that she chooses ti share her learning and growth and understanding in a simplified and broken down manner. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a deeper understanding on the topic to attend her series on the Epochs and take back a much lighter yet clearer understanding of Steiner’s work.

EPOCH sessions helped me appreciate how each EPOCH contributed to the evolution of today’s externally visible world. It further supported me to discover more about the seven-fold human being. Through each EPOCH I was able to see the progress made by human beings and gifts received and the awareness of characteristics needed to prepare for what will come in the future.
As for the yearlong workshop, my deepest gratitude to Rowena for her passion and the ability to break down and simplify complex theories/text. Her patience allowed the group to clarify varied questions, which helped me in deepening my learning. The pace of the workshop was ideal as it allowed me time to take in what I was learning. I sincerely recommend this workshop to those who are on a self-mastery journey for you will be able to join the dots.

Rowenas series on Epoch is superb. I highly recommend everyone to attend this. I am reading Esoteric science (same text) with another group and we all are struggling but Rowena spoke about the subject with so much ease. Its been possible for her as she has studied this in depth and worked on it meticulously. She talks about the parallels between epochs and consciousness of child.

Rowena is the most patient guide I have come across. I felt like I was actually doing magic with my hands under her guidance. It was a very enriching experience to learn Waldorf inspired knitting from her.
